A/P

Clinical diagnosis = 2+ of the following: 
- motor/sensory sx or both, occurring bilaterally in same event
- diplopia: ischemia of upper brainstem (midbrain) near nuclei
- dysarthria: ischemia of lower brainstem
- homonymous hemianopsia: ischemia of occipital cortex (binocular, unlike monocular amarosis fugax)
