Pt had an uneventful postoperative course, remained hemodynamically and neurologically stable, and recovered well. Pt was evaluated by PT/OT and deemed appropriate for home and wished to be discharged home. On day of discharge the patient was ambulating, tolerating PO, and voiding spontaneously. Pt was discharged on appropriate pain, bowel regimen, antiemetic medications as delineated above.
