AM chart rounding
Same way every time, no ifs, ands or buts about it, you check the following tabs
- 36 hour view and free text documentation – start with these, you’ll see random orders and notes from nurses that you can then investigate in the notes (faster than going back to notes)
- On 36 hour view: Look at meds, both current and future
- On 36 hour view: Look at all orders since last rounded
- On Free Text – you'll see PT/OT/SLP notes with recommendations (faster than opening forms)
- Orders
- Check diet
- Check if labs are ordered
- Labs
- Scroll to the bottom and look at everything
- Micro +/- Microviewer
- IView/I&O for lines
- Notes - scroll down to plans right away
- Have iSITE open up, you need to know about every scan whether we ordered it or not
PM chart rounding
